1) Who we are

This website is operated by Clearleaf Ltd (trading as Cookies SF UK) (“we”, “us”, “our”).

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform we use to sell our products.

By using our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you don’t agree, please do not use the site.

2) Using our site

  • You must be 18+ to purchase.
  • Don’t misuse the site (no malware, scraping, or unlawful activity).
  • We may suspend or refuse service at any time if you breach these Terms.

3) Your account

Keep your login details secure and up to date. You’re responsible for all activity under your account.

4) Products, pricing & availability

  • Product images and colours are shown as accurately as possible, but displays may vary.
  • Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable UK VAT (if/when charged).
  • We may change products or prices at any time.
  • If we spot an error in price or availability after you order, we’ll contact you. You can reconfirm or cancel for a full refund.

5) Orders & contract

  • Your order is an offer to buy. We’ll email to confirm receipt; acceptance happens when we dispatch your order.
  • We may cancel or limit orders (e.g., suspected resellers, bulk orders, stock issues). If we cancel, we’ll refund you in full.

6) Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. You confirm you’re authorised to use the chosen method. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers.

7) Delivery

  • Delivery options, costs, and timeframes are shown at checkout.
  • Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
  • Please check your delivery address carefully; we aren’t responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect details.
  • If an order is delayed or lost, we’ll support a carrier investigation and resolve appropriately (replacement or refund where applicable).

8) Your right to cancel (UK consumers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from receipt to cancel most online purchases for any reason.
How to cancel: email support@cookiessf.co.uk with your order number.
Returns: send items back within 14 days of telling us you’re cancelling, unused and in resaleable condition with original packaging. You’re responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
Exclusions: we cannot accept returns for personalised or hygiene-sensitive items if seals are broken (not typical for our apparel, but noted).

We’ll refund the product price (and the standard outbound delivery cost, if paid) within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of posting, to your original payment method.

9) Faulty or misdescribed items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, email support@cookiessf.co.uk with photos and your order number.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply (repair, replacement, or refund, depending on circumstances).

10) Returns process (summary)

  • Pack items securely; keep proof of posting.
    Full returns details may be set out on our Returns page (if applicable). Where this section conflicts with the Returns page, these Terms prevail.

11) Promotions, gift cards & limits

  • Promo codes: one per order unless stated; non-transferable; subject to expiry and exclusions.
  • We may withdraw or change promotions at any time.
  • Gift cards (if offered) are non-refundable (except as required by law) and valid for the period stated.

12) Intellectual property

All content on the site—including text, graphics, logos, product names, and images—is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by IP laws. You must not copy, reproduce, or exploit site content without our written permission. “Cookies” and related marks are trade marks used under licence.

13) Third-party links & tools

We may link to third-party sites or provide third-party tools. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Use at your own discretion.

14) User content (reviews, comments)

If you post reviews or comments, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use and share them in any media. Don’t post unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or obscene content. We may remove content at our discretion.

15) Privacy

Your personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy (see site footer). Please read it to understand how we collect and use your information.

16) Our responsibility to you

We use reasonable care and skill to provide the site and deliver your order.
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Subject to that, we’re not responsible for:

  • indirect or consequential losses;
  • loss of profits, revenue, or data;
  • losses not caused by our breach or that were not foreseeable.
    Our total liability for any loss arising from any order will not exceed the price you paid for that order.

17) Events beyond our control

We’re not liable for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g., carrier delays, strikes, natural events). We’ll take reasonable steps to minimise the impact.

18) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The version posted on the site at the time you order applies to that order. Please check back regularly.

19) Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes or claims (including non-contractual) are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales (consumers may also bring claims in their local UK court).
